We assemble the complete product for you – including testing and packaging, if required; whether the assembly of a membrane keypad, integration of display and touch screen, installation of PCB’s or your electronics. Whatever you like. You can deliver the components to be assembled or we can procure them ourselves. We assemble your device in one-piece flow on our specially equipped lean assembly workstations. Whether small or large quantities, the workstation is set up quickly and flexibly.
With over 60 group locations, it is possible, for example, to manufacture pre-assemblies worldwide and to carry out final assembly or variant production flexibly and at short notice in Switzerland. The focus is on the optimal and most cost-efficient manufacturing solution.

Our entire production facilities manufacture based on LEAN principles.
Individually designable workstations enable ergonomic parts and tool supply for waste-free assembly in one-piece flow.
Lead times can easily be reduced by 30%. Productivity also increases significantly. This is reflected in a low price for you.
Collaborative robots
To reduce assembly times but ensure flexibility, we are supported by collaborative robots in certain assembly processes.
Pick to Light – The visual, process-safe assembly instructions
With a pick-to-light assembly control system, we are capable of carrying out complex assembly work and assembling a wide range of variants for your products in a process-safe manner. A visual step-by-step assembly guides us through the complete assembly process.
Assembly errors are thus virtually impossible, and you receive a flawless product ready for delivery.
